Founded in 2019 by Rodney Fuller, a former 25-year, Executive Director, CEO and President of a National non-profit Think Tank, Pursue Your Excellence (PYE) was created with a simple belief: organizations perform at their best when leaders are equipped with the right tools, strategies, and support to create lasting change.

With decades of experience in leadership development, strategic planning, governance, organizational growth, and community engagement, Rodney has worked with nonprofit organizations, schools, foundations, and community-based institutions across the country.
