About the Role

Pursue Your Excellence is seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Consultant to help nonprofit organizations develop and implement effective strategic plans. You'll work closely with our President and leadership team to drive organizational growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning engagements for nonprofit clients.
• Conduct research and organizational assessments.
• Develop strategic plans with clear goals and action steps.
• Facilitate planning sessions and collaborate with leadership teams.
• Monitor progress and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients.

Qualifications

• Executive-level nonprofit leadership experience.
• 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or nonprofit leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven success developing and implementing strategic plans.
